As a mechanical engineer, I've had enriching experiences at various startups and renowned companies. As a software engineering intern at AddedIQ, a startup specializing in predictive machine learning for new product success, I delved into the world of technology and innovation. At True Velocity, I worked to develop composite ammunition in Dallas, Texas. During my engineering co-op at Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon company in Miami, I focused on airplane landing gear overhauls. Later, These diverse roles have shaped my versatile skill set, enabling me to approach challenges in engineering and technology with creativity and efficiency.
Collins Aerospace
During my time at Collins Aerospace, I made significant contributions to various projects. I acted as a liaison between Collins and Boeing, managed data entry of initial condition reports, and built sophisticated Excel VBA macros to streamline processes. Additionally, I led Quality Assurance testing and developed a cost-saving system for part manufacturing, saving over $350k in expenses. I also improved collaboration between departments and implemented an innovative file management system. My experience at Collins Aerospace was marked by innovative problem-solving and impactful achievements in the aerospace industry.

During my time at AddedIQ, a pioneering startup in predictive machine learning, I was a software engineer deeply involved in building sophisticated predictive models using Python. Processing over 20,000 lines of data expanded my data wrangling skills. The fast-paced startup environment pushed me to learn on the fly, adapting to emerging technologies. Actively contributing to collaborative problem-solving, I gained invaluable experience and appreciation for the potential of machine learning in shaping global markets.
